	Regarding the collective bargaining impasse between the City of Jacksonville and the Communication Workers of America (CWA) to: 1.         Conduct a public hearing at which time the parties shall explain their positions with respect to the rejected recommendation of the special magistrate; and 2.         To take such action as the Council deems to be in the public interest, including the interest of the public employees involved, to resolve all disputed impasse issues.
