AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES – REVISED

10-836	Amendment	Adds “sexual predators” to the class of persons covered by the regulations; expands definition of Halloween celebration to include events on other than strictly October 31^st; requires the letters on required signs to be at least 2 inches in height and legible from the public street; clarifies that lights required to be left dark on holidays do not include normal exterior safety lighting lights or walkway or hallway lighting in multi-family residences.
10-855	Amendment	Requires review of the fire and rescue agreement every 3 years; makes the agreement retroactive to July 1, 2010 and authorize the Accounting Division to write off $12,334 in unrealized revenue; makes the interlocal agreement terminable by either party upon 1 year’s written notice.
10-878	Amendment	Changes “reconveyance” to “conveyance”; changes the conveyance from 1.18 acres to 1.78 acres, reserving a drainage easement of 0.60 acres; corrects scrivener’s errors; replaces Exhibit 1 with Revised Exhibit 1.
10-889	Amendment	Clarifies that the bill deappropriates $665,357.92.
10-892	Amendment	Adds language to limit the Supervisor of Elections’ ability to make changes to the agreements to minor technical changes reviewed and approved by the General Counsel.
10-896	Amendment	Replaces Schedule 1 to Exhibit B with “Revised on File” fair share agreement dated January 18, 2011.
10-898	Amendment	Deletes references to “Northbank” and names, rather than renames, “Gefen Riverwalk Park” as “Sydney Gefen Riverwalk Park”; attaches a map of the site as Exhibit 1.
10-901	Substitute	Per JEDC, parking lot regulations will be via a certification process rather than via licensing; certification process will apply only to new or existing commercial parking lots, not to accessory lots; provides a mechanism for a commercial parking lot owner to provide alternate pedestrian linkage plan, subject to approval by the JEDC, if the owner cannot comply with the Streetscape Standards; regulations by type of parking lot apply if a majority of the spaces in the lot meet the definition by use; the requirements of 656.362.17 regarding landscaping are made applicable to existing commercial parking lots;
10-903	Amendment	Corrects the account number; corrects the dollar amount in the bill to match the appropriation; moves the unused amount of $170,077 back to the Special Council Operating Contingency fund.
10-906	Amendment	Makes the appointment retroactive to January 3, 2011; identifies the incumbent being replaced; makes reference to the Ordinance Code Section that authorizes the position; adds an effective date provision.
10-908	Amendment	Makes the appointment retroactive to January 8, 2011; identifies the incumbent being replaced; makes reference to the Ordinance Code Section that authorizes the position.
10-909	Amendment	Makes the appointment retroactive to December 11, 2010; identifies the incumbent being replaced; makes reference to the Ordinance Code Section that authorizes the position.
10-910	Amendment	Makes the appointment retroactive to December 11, 2010; identifies the incumbent being replaced; makes reference to the Ordinance Code Section that authorizes the position.
10-911	Amendment	Makes the appointment retroactive to December 4, 2010; identifies the incumbent being replaced; makes reference to the Ordinance Code Section that authorizes the position.
10-916	Amendment	Corrects the appointee’s name to her new married name.
10-919	Amendment	Amends the term expiration date from December 31, 2012 to 2014.
10-922	Amendment	Replaces Exhibit 1 with Revised Exhibit 1; attaches a site plan as Exhibit 2 and clarifies that the dog park are is exempt from the Police Athletic League lease; attaches a CIP page as Exhibit 3; includes a procurement directive authorizing a contract with Auld and White Constructors to perform the work under a continuing contract.
10-923	Amendment	Attaches a revised B.T. in the amount of $440,459.95, comprising $438,497.38 for Hurricane Jeanne and $1,962.47 for Tropical Storm Charley expenses; replaces Exhibit 1 with Revised Exhibit 1, replaces reference to B.T. 10-178 with Amended B.T. 10-178.
10-924	Amendment	Corrects term expiration date to December 31, 2014 from 2012.
10-926	Amendment	Attaches an Amended B.T. 11-038; adds language to clarify that funds will be transferred to JEA for the program.
11-18	Floor sub.	Adds additional details of the honoree’s life and career as requested by his widow.
11-32	Amendment	Specifies that the appointment is to complete a partial term.
