The meeting was called to order at 3:31 p.m.
The Chair indicated that Item #1, ORD-MC 2010-856, Amend Ord Code, Prohibiting Location of a Vendor’s Vending Cart, Display Device or Accessory Container within 1 mile of Propty Line of a Permanent Business selling Same Types of Products, was being deferred and that a meeting of the Joint Rules, LUZ, RCD Committee appointed to address the issues is pending.
The Chair indicated that the Auditor’s Analysis of ORD 2011-139, Apv Jax Housing Finance Auth loan to VCP-Collins Road, Ltd for Courtney Manor Apartments, was attached to the Marked Agenda.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:33 p.m.
