12-116	Substitute	Clarifies that the Police and Fire Pension Fund is required to submit an annual budget to the City Council for review, modification and approval; removes potentially ambiguous language that may give the impression that the Police and Fire Pension Fund board could operate independently of City ordinances, policies and procedures.
12-422	Substitute	Increases the amount of the appropriation of Sheriff’s Office budget savings from $6.12 million to $10.5 million; restores $4.37 million in funding for the Community Transition Center (Matrix House); makes the appropriations contingent upon positive year-end balances within each sub-object of the JSO budget.
12-438	Substitute	Add reverter clause; attach EPB minutes; correct section reference.
12-439	Amendment	Delete the phrase “unable to afford” where it appears in the legislation.
12-441	Amendment	Show strikeout of provision regarding transfer and automatic appropriation of unspent trust funds at the end of FY98-99.
12-444	Amendment	Delete reference to grants.
12-446	Amendment	Delete JEDC as funding source.
12-448	Amendment	Attach revised License Agreement as Revised Exhibit 1.

12-479	Amendment	Appointment is for first full term.
12-487	Amendment	Attach revised agreement as Revised Exhibit 2; revise City QTI match from $5,000 to $1,000 per job; for purposes of calculating new job creation, the hiring of a current employee of deutsche Bank or an affiliate company already in Jacksonville does not count toward the job creation target.
12-489	Amendment	Attach revised Exhibit 1; correct JEDC reference to OED; attach lease summary memo as new Exhibit 2; strike “schedule of Performance and Development” from allowable technical amendments
