12-140	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment approves the waiver of road frontage.
12-194	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment 1) changes the acreage of the Subject Property from 22.96 acres to 20.08 acres; 2) incorporates a revised legal description, dated March 21, 2012, a revised PUD site plan, dated March 21, 2012, and a revised PUD written description, dated March 21, 2012; and 3) adds the following condition to the PUD: The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 20, 2012, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
12-195	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment 1) references the Old San Jose PUD Master Plan Exhibit E, dated March 5, 2012, and the Old San Jose PUD Exhibit E-1, page 1 of 2 and page 2 of 2 (already attached to the bill); and 2) adds the following condition to the PUD: (1) The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 20, 2012, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
12-198	Substitute	Retains the requirement for a finding of detriment to the best interest of the community if a proposed mid-year CIP amendment is deferred to the next budget cycle; adds a requirement that the reasons for that finding be specifically identified in the bill; provides that approval of a mid-year CIP amendment requires a 2/3 majority vote of the council members present;
12-221	Amendment	Clarifies that $7,000 of the $9,600 had been previously appropriated by an earlier ordinance; strikes reference to Citizen Corps
12-222	Amendment	Clarifies that $7,000 of the $10,766 had been previously appropriated by an earlier ordinance; strikes reference to Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
12-224	Amendment	Replaces Exhibit 1 with Revised Exhibit 1 dated May 1, 2012.
12-228	Amendment	Rules: corrects a scrivener’s error in the bill title; clarifies that this is a first, not a second, amendment to the lease; replaces Exhibit 1 with a Revised Exhibit 1. Finance: corrects a scrivener’s error in the bill title; clarifies that this is a first, not a second, amendment to the lease; replaces Exhibit 1 with a Revised Exhibit 1; adds a requirement for payment of a one month security deposit.
12-234	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment 1) eliminates the fencing and screening requirements of Section 656.361.17 for temporary government surface parking, and 2) revises the language concerning the temporary government surface parking.
12-235	Amendment	Adds City Council confirmation of Mayoral appointments; clarifies that the City Council member appointee/commission chair shall be appointed each year by the new Council President; corrects an error by providing the 2 of the initial members shall be appointed to one-year terms
12-238	Amendment	Corrects the expiration term of the appointment from March 31, 2014 to December 31, 2013
12-248	Amendment	Adds language providing for reimbursement of the City’s contribution if the proposed facility is not available for City occupancy within 18 months of the execution of the Contribution Agreement; adds a requirement that the Lease and Use Agreement include language providing that the term of the lease shall begin upon occupancy of the facility by the City, not upon execution of the contract; replaces Exhibit 4 with a Revised Exhibit 4.
12-270	Substitute	Authorizes angled parking on Riverside Avenue adjacent to the subject property and revises on-file documents.
