Per OGC, the Amendment 1) changes the acreage of the Subject Property from 22.96 acres to 20.08 acres; 2) incorporates a revised legal description, dated March 21, 2012, a revised PUD site plan, dated March 21, 2012, and a revised PUD written description, dated March 21, 2012; and 3) adds the following condition to the PUD: The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated March 20, 2012, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department.
