AMENDMENTS and SUBSTITUTES

11-89	Amendment	(RCDPHS) Incorporates provisions of the Rules Committee amendment; requires that appropriated funds not be expended without written certification that all privately secured funding has first been applied towards the budget and been exhausted; requires that any funds not expended revert to the fund of origin.
	Amendment	(Rules) Reduces the appropriated amount from $30,000 to $29,950; attaches the budget as Exhibit 1; specifies that funding be used exclusively for the parade and related expenses; appropriates funds to a Special Events account (rather than a Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade Account); provides for oversight by the Special Events function of the City (rather than the Recreation and Community Services Department).
11-675	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment 1) changes the waiver request from 144 feet to 30.30 feet to 72 feet to 30.30 feet for one home and 2) grants the waiver, subject to the following conditions: (a) There shall be no further subdivision of the Subject Property; (b) There shall be a site built home made with brick construction; (c) The mobile home shall be removed within 2 years or prior to the issuance of a building permit for the site built home, whichever occurs first; (d) Access to the Subject Property shall be directly from Lenox Avenue and not from the adjacent property; and (e) There shall be a driveway constructed, built to City standards, prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the site built home.
11-701	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment adds a revised PUD written description dated January 4, 2012, and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (1) The Subject Property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated November 7, 2011, or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department; and (2) Front entry garages for single family homes shall be set back no less than 20 feet from the right-of-way, whereas side entry garages for single family homes shall be set back no less than 15 feet from the right-of-way.
11-727	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment 1) adds Section 250.913, which grants the Planning and Development Department authority over Part 9 (Sidewalk cafes) of Chapter 250 and (2) modifies Section 656.401(ee) to clarify that regulations on outside sale and service of alcoholic beverages do not apply to uses in the right-of-way which are governed by Parts 8 and 9 of Chapter 250 of the Ordinance Code.
11-731	Amendment	Provides for a Second Revised Exhibit 1 (agreement).

11-737	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment revises Exhibit 1, the development agreement, to increase the duration from three years to seven years.
11-745	Amendment	Fills blank with ordinance number (2011-745-E).
11-777	Amendment	(Floor) Replaces the final recital to state that, notwithstanding the sale of the Jaguars to new ownership, the Weavers will continue to maintain their home in Jacksonville and will continue being actively involved in community issues and causes
