Meeting Convened: 1:03 p.m.
Chairwoman Boyer convened the
meeting and reviewed the marked agenda which included 11 items to be deferred
and 9 items ready for action.
2012-615 (rezoning on 16th
Street West): Dylan Reingold and Folks Huxford explained a road closure issue
associated with this bill.
2012-616 (rezoning on
Bonneval Road): there will be a revised exhibit and an amendment for a name
change.
2012-693 (appeal of a zoning
exception denial by the Planning Commission): Mr. Reingold briefly explained
the nature of the requested exception and the Planning Commission’s
recommendation of denial.
