MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, December 04,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:03 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.  The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
