MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, October 02,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:02 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.  The meeting was recessed from 7:22 until 7:30 and was adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
