MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, September 18,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:02 P.M., recessed from 7:14 P.M. until 7:26 P.M. and adjourned at 12:10 A.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.
