Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any residential units, the applicant shall construct and convey fee title of the 86 parking  spaces to the Marina Association; 2. There shall be a minimum of 496 parking spaces for the residential units, with a minimum of one space per bedroom; 3.
