MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, June 19,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:06 P.M. by Committee Vice Chair Ray Holt.  The meeting was recessed from 8:45 p.m. until 8:57 p.m. and was adjourned at 11:35 P.M.
