Dylan Reingold to reviewed
the marked agenda which included 14
items to be deferred, 5 items ready for action,11 public hearings to be opened and continued, and
4 items for second reading and re-referral.
2012-82 (rezoning on 18th
Street West): Mack McCuller reported that he has been unable to arrange a
meeting with Council Member Lee to discuss the rezoning but would like to have
the item moved today. Dan Macdonald
reported that Council Member Lee does not object to the committee acting today..
2012-196 (rezoning on Ribault
Avenue): Mr. Macdonald conveyed a request from Council Member Lee to defer the
item.
2012-216 (rezoning on Walnut
Bend): Dylan Reingold asked for clarification about the date of the site plan.
2012-233 (development
agreement for Sweetwater Park on Bethel Road): the applicant requests deferral.
2012-272 (amended and
restated cross-easement agreement with San Marco Train Station LLC): Council
Member Boyer requested and the Finance Committee approved an amendment earlier
today. She requests that LUZ take up the
same amendment.
