Bill Summary

 

Dylan Reingold explained the outline of the settlement agreement reached by RAP and The Rock of Avondale, Inc.  The parties agree to have 2011-768 approved on procedural grounds only and to have 2011-767 remanded to the Planning Commission for the commission to hear the second administrative deviation application to go from 33 to 0 parking spaces.  Both parties request refund of fees paid.  Council Member Boyer suggested the need for the Planning Commission to explain its rationale for its ruling and how it finds that the settlement agreement relates to the Riverside/Avondale zoning overlay.\
