MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 22,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:13 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown and Recessed from 7:24 to 7:49 and from 9:25 to 9:38  The meeting adjourned at 11:19 P.M.
