Attendance: Committee
Chair Reggie Brown; Committee Members Jim Love, Lori Boyer, Ray Holt, Robin
Lumb, and Don Redman; Dylan Reingold, Office of General Counsel; Sean Kelly,
Folks Huxford, and Steve Smith, Department of Planning and Development; Merriane
Lahmeur and Rick Campbell, Office of City Council
The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-518 Mr. Kelly advised that the applicant is
requesting withdrawal; Mr. Reingold raised public hearing concerns, and the
Chair stated that the item would be deferred to 02-22-12
11-589 Revised conditions to
be proposed
11-624 To be re-noticed for additional
public hearing at LUZ
11-767 and 11-768 Deferral to 04-03-12 was suggested
by the Chair and there was lengthy discussion concerning the various procedural
and substantive issues, including consolidation and remanding; it was agreed
that the bills would be deferred to 02-22-12 after public hearing, allowing all
the parties to meet; procedural matters will be discussed at the LUZ meeting on
02-22-12
12-20 Proposed amendment includes staff conditions, a
revised written description, and a change to the site plan date referenced in
the bill
12-30 Proposed amendment revises development agreement
to remove documents inadvertently attached
As there was no further
business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:17 p.m.
