The Committee Chair, Reggie
Brown, called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m. and asked Mr. Reingold to take
everyone through the marked agenda containing the suggested committee actions.
Changes, additions, and
comments concerning the agenda as marked included:
11-518 Procedure was
explained and it was noted that Mr. Paul Harden has requested that this item be considered first; the Chair will
meet with the applicant after this meeting
11-577 Mr. Reingold indicated
that C/M Schellenberg has requested withdrawal
11-588 and 11-589 Issues with
notifications were discussed; public hearing is to be opened and continued
11-624 Planning Department
staff has been unable to speak with the applicant; deferral requested
11-628 Withdrawal requested,
with similar legislation to be introduced soon
11-763 Proposed amendment provides
consistency in named trust/trustee
11-767 Defer for scheduled
public hearing on February 7, 2012
11-768 Defer for scheduled
public hearing on February 7, 2012
12-23 Proposed amendment
strikes references to Future Land Use Element
As there was no further
