MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 18,2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:05 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown.  The meeting adjourned at 6:06 P.M.
