MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, January 04, 2012.  The meeting was called to order at 5:08 P.M. by Committee Chair Reggie Brown, recessed from 6:26 P.M. until 6:40 P.M., and the meeting adjourned at 6:47.
