Attendance: Council Members Don Redman (Acting Chair), Jim Love, Matt Schellenberg; Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy; Executive Council Assistants Kevin Kuzel (Love), Scott Wilson (Redman); Juliette Williams, Legislative Services; John J. Jackson, Council Research Division.
The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:29 p.m.
Assistant Council Auditor Janice Billy reviewed the Council Auditor’s Office marked agenda.
The Chair noted that Item #2, ORD-MC 2012-213, …Economic Dev Incentive Legislation…was being removed from the Committee’s agenda. (per Council President). Council Member Jim Love inquired as to whether this action required a vote; he was advised that a vote was not required, as it was the prerogative of the Council President.
Two items were being deferred; two items were being seconded and re-referred; one item was ready for action; one item was being removed from the agenda.
There being no further business, the agenda meeting was adjourned at 3:30 p.m.
