Public Works Director Jim Robinson answered numerous questions about the proposed new structure and functions of the Mowing Division and explained the proposed funding sources. The committee discussed the scope of administrative costs related to the creation of the new division versus costs related to an expansion of the current level of mowing and landscape maintenance service. Several amendments changing the proposed funding source were offered.
