MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 05,2013.  The meeting was called to order at 10:02 A.M. by Committee Chair John Crescimbeni. The meeting adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
