MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, September 17,2013.  The meeting was called to order at 5:06 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.  The meeting adjourned at 5:48 P.M.
