MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, March 19,2013.  The meeting was called to order at 5:04 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer.  The meeting was recessed from 7:40 to 7:53 P.M. and was adjourned at 11:12 P.M.
