MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 20,2013.  The meeting was called to order at 5:04 P.M. by Committee Chair Lori Boyer and recessed from 9:00 – 9:08 P.M.  The meeting adjourned at 11:23 P.M.
