standard procedure for the benefit of the audience.
Chairwoman
Boyer announced that ordinances 2012-336, 2012-367 and 2013-20, all relating to
the Five Points Village development in Riverside, would be taken up at the end
of the agenda, with 2012-336 (land use change) being acted on first, then
2002-367 (rezoning) and 2013-20 (appeal of Historic Preservation Commission
grant of Certificate of Appropriateness with conditions) will be heard
simultaneously since the issues and conditions are intertwined.
