Assistant General Counsel Dylan Reingold read the LUZ Committee’s instructions on standard procedure for the benefit of the audience.

 

Chairwoman Boyer announced that ordinances 2012-336, 2012-337 and 2013-20, all relating to the Five Points Village development in Riverside, would not be acted upon by the committee at this meeting, but the scheduled public hearings would be opened and continued to the February 20th meeting.  Persons interested in these items may choose to speak this evening, or may choose instead to reserve comments until the meeting at which action is to take place.  Ms. Boyer also announced that ordinances 2012-657 and 2012-720 relating to the Bostwick Building on Bay Street also will have public hearings but will not be acted upon by the committee tonight.
