Chairwoman Boyer announced that the February 5th meeting will likely be a lengthy one, with both the Bostwick Building demolition COA/historic designation and the Five Points Village rezoning/historic COA issues both being heard that evening.  Ms. Boyer also announced that she has drafted an ordinance proposing several revisions to the City’s Zoning Code regarding PUDs, and his holding noticed meetings with council members to explain her proposal.  She will make copies available to any interested parties.
