MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the Council of the City of Jacksonville, held in Council Chambers, City Hall, Jacksonville, Florida, February 19,2013.  The meeting was called to order at 4:02 P.M. by Committee Chair Kimberly Daniels.  The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 P.M.
