and the use of the collected data when the process is done. Council Member Jones advocated for the
development of a comprehensive facilities maintenance plan that prioritizes
and funds needed preventive maintenance.
Council Member Crescimbeni asked about the 1500 parcels of property
formerly owned by the City that were conveyed to the JEA when the water and
sewer system was turned over to the authority, but the ownership of which was
never changed in the public record.
Renee Finley said that the draft RFP has items for facility condition
