14-254

Amendment

Per OGC, approves Joda Lane rezoning with conditions:

           Revised Written Description dated November 18, 2014

           Revised Site Plan dated November 12, 2014

           Property to be developed in accordance with Development Services Memo dated April 17, 2014

           An eight foot tall privacy fence along the common boundary line between the subject property and 12335 Plummer Grant Road shall be constructed prior to any vertical construction.

           Lots abutting Plummer Grant Road shall be a minimum of 60 feet wide and 6,000 square feet in area.  Lots abutting Joda Lane North shall be a minimum of 80 feet wide and 8,000 square feet in area.  Lots abutting 12335 Plummer Grant Road shall be 70 feet wide and 7,000 square feet in area.

           Access onto Plummer Grant Road shall be as shown on the revised site plan dated November 12, 2014.  There shall be no access point on Joda Lane North.

           The Developer shall add a covenant statement to the property deed that includes the complete prohibition on the use of firecrackers or fireworks within the PUD.

           There shall be a non-access easement recorded along all through lots abutting Plummer Grant Road and Joda Lane North.

Amendment

Clarifies rules for the Children’s Commission funding of food and beverages purchases; allows JCC to award grants utilizing a competitive application and evaluation process established by the JCC board; requires grant recipients to execute agreements for funding in the form approved by the Commission; allows transfers of funds between program sites within the same program type provided by the same recipient with Commission approval.

Changes the distance requirement between a child care facility and the residence of a registered sexual predator from 2,500 feet to ½ mile or 2,640 feet; strikes the term “special purpose survey” and replaces it with “neighborhood search map”.

Creates a self-appropriating Neighborhood Speed Limit Reduction Trust Fund to receive and expend donations for that purpose.
