14-305	Amendment	Clarifies that the 30 minute boat loading zone on the Northbank Riverwalk at the Pearl Street landing is for loading and unloading passengers only (no supplies or equipment).
14-386	Substitute	Changes the composition of the Unfunded Liability Committee; changes the agreement start date from Oct. 1, 2014 to Jan. 1, 2015; clarifies language to match the Agreement.
14-490	Substitute	Per OGC, creates a PUD rezoning as well as an exception for a school within the Craig Airfield Runway Clear Zone.
14-552	Amendment	Per OGC, changes “2,500 feet” to “½ mile or 2,640 feet” in order to utilize FDLE’s database of sexual predators, and changes “special purpose survey” to “neighborhood search map” in order to allow the Planning Department to create this document in house.
14-647	Amendment	Per OGC, the amendment reflects the recent redesignation of the current zoning district (which occurred after this application was filed) from RR-Acre to RLD-60.
14-649	Amendment	Per OGC, approves the road frontage waiver from 80’ to 0’. Access will be provided via easement.
14-663	Amendment	Per OGC, includes the recommended PDD conditions regarding the legal description, the written description, the site plan, and the Development Services Memorandum.
14-668	Amendment	Includes a sub-object number in the “appropriate to” account information for Carla Miller salary.
14-677	Amendment	Clarifies that the Blue Cypress/Comstock Golf amendment applies to the revised payment date for the “Applicable Percentage Rent” due on gross revenue; includes Ordinance 2002-998-E in the list of prior legislation relating to the golf course management agreement.
14-683	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 to correct underlining and legal description in the J-2 kite surfing legislation.
