revocation of the landmark status after 3 years from completion of “all
requirements for mothballing” of the structure to completion of “substantial
steps … toward the renovation or restoration of the structure”, as determined
by the Historic Preservation Section of the Planning and Development
Department; adds definition of “substantial steps”. |
