Planning and Development Department conditions regarding the site plan,
written description, Development Services memorandum, right turn lane to be
installed along Baymeadows Road extending from Baymeadows Circle East to
Baymeadows Circle West, applicant must apply to FDOT to close median between
Baymeadows Circle East and Baymeadows Circle West, Baymeadows Circle East to
Baymeadows Circle West shall be improved to city roadway standards, and
applicant to make a good faith effort to realign Baymeadows Circle West with
the Western Way intersection. Additional
emphasis was placed on the condition that a roadway across the north side of
property connect Baymeadows Circle East and Baymeadows Circle West. |

Per OGC the amendment adds: • To the CRO and CN zoning districts, a use by Exception
for an establishment that allows the retail sale of beer or wine for
on-premises consumption, the production of beer or wine at that establishment
for primarily on-premises consumption, where such production is limited to
10,000 barrels (310,000 gallons) annually, and the sale for off-premises
consumption is limited to 75% of on-premises production and must be to a
state licensed wholesaler. • To the CCG-1 zoning district, a use by Exception to
allow the production of beer or wine for on-premises or off-premises
consumption with production limited to 15,000 barrels (465,000 gallons)
annually. • To the CCG-2 zoning district, a Permitted Use, in
conjunction with an establishment that allows the retail sale of all
alcoholic beverages, the production of beer or wine for on-premises or
off-premises consumption. • To the IBP zoning district, a Permitted Use for the
retail sale and service of all alcoholic beverages for on-premises
consumption, in an area not to exceed 25% of the building, that is in conjunction
with the production, distribution or wholesaling of such beverages. • To the IL zoning district, a Permitted Use for the
retail sale and service of beer or wine for on-premises or off-premises
consumption, in a facility used for the production, distribution or
wholesaling of beer. • To the definition of “Restaurant, standard” that the
restaurant may include the production of alcoholic beverages consumed on-site
provided the total production does not exceed 5,000 barrels (155,000 gallons)
annually. |

alcoholic beverages is allowed in conjunction with an otherwise permissible

Part 12 of the Zoning Code except visual screen shall be 100% opaque,
illumination level criteria, and improving the bus stop on Dunn Avenue. The Planning Commission’s recommendation
requiring access to the site from Dunn Avenue was also adopted. |

quarterly payment to Hemming Plaza I3 Jax Inc. Finance 8.19.14 : Finance 8.5.14 amendment, plus provides that private
contributions to Hemming Plaza I3 Jax Inc. pursuant to Performance Standard
#1 shall not include in-kind contributions; adds a provision allowing any
current and valid vendor permit in Hemming Plaza to be renewed in the future;
provides for the appointment of 2 non-voting liaison members to the Friends
of Hemming Plaza board - 1 representing City Council and 1 representing the
DIA. |
