Services Div. memo dated June 16, 2014; where dwelling has a front facing garage, garage face must be at least 20’from back of sidewalk; no accessory uses or structures allowed in front yard; and in lieu of providing on-site active recreation space as required by Sec. 656.420, Ordinance Code, it is the City’s preference that the applicant contact the Parks and Recreation Department to provide funding toward the next phase of development of the 9A/Baymeadows Park.
