14-6	Amendment	Attaches corrected BT; corrects amount in bill; corrects name of program; makes technical changes.
14-64	Amendment	TEU: Places revised lease on file to eliminate reference to reserved parking spaces, to provide for termination of existing lease upon execution of new lease and to correct Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fee amount. Floor: TEU amendment, plus adds insurance provisions.
14-149	Substitute	Changes definition of “regular part-time” (no more than 29 hours per week); changes definition of “seasonal/temporary” (not to exceed 120 work days per 12 month period).
14-151	Amendment	Deletes 1-cycle emergency language; moves referendum from November 2014 to March 2015 election.
14-185	Substitute	Consolidates the rules for JHFA; increases the board size from 5 to 7 members; modifies the loan policies that apply to new and existing loans.
14-253	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates the following conditions: legal description; 5th amended Written Description dated August 5, 2014; revised site plan dated May 7, 2014; and development of property in accordance with Dev. Services Div. memo dated April 30, 2014.
14-303	Amendment	Adds "Old Federal Courthouse" in title of bill for future reference; changes name to "Ed Austin State Attorney’s Office".
14-377	Amendment	Attaches actuarial impact statement as Exhibit 1; corrects section reference in Section 11 of bill; changes proposed referendum language to clarify the intent of the amendment.
14-393	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates the following conditions: legal description; revised Written Description dated June 3, 2014; revised site plan dated May 14, 2014; development of property in accordance with Dev. Services Div. memo dated June 16, 2014; where dwelling has a front facing garage, garage face must be at least 20’from back of sidewalk; no accessory uses or structures allowed in front yard; and in lieu of providing on-site active recreation space as required by Sec. 656.420, Ordinance Code, it is the City’s preference that the applicant contact the Parks and Recreation Department to provide funding toward the next phase of development of the 9A/Baymeadows Park.
14-405	Amendment	Corrects Code reference to Sec. 655.122(b).
14-410	Amendment	Changes communication allowance amount from $130 to $100.
14-429	Amendment	Changes appropriation source from Excise Taxes Revenue Bonds 2002B account to Facilities Capital Maintenance account.
14-430	Amendment	Increases appropriation amount to $189,811; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT); Attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised budget).
14-432	Amendment	Replaces “on file” Grant Agreement to correct numerical error.
14-435	Amendment	Inserts account name and number; attaches a Revised Exhibit 1 (revised equipment list); attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised agreement); attaches Exhibit 3 (commitment email from PGA Tour Inc.).
14-437	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised parking agreement) to correct developer name and clarify effective date of agreement.
14-438	Amendment	Strikes “for City employees” from Code section title; provides for sunset of the employee discount on October 1, 2016.
14-445	Amendment	Corrects term expiration to from June 30 to July 15, 2018.
14-460	Amendment	Removes JTA as a party to the federal grant agreement; corrects agreement name to Federal Lands Access Program agreement; clarifies that the current agreement is in addition to the Joint Participation Agreement approved by Ordinance 2014-274-E.
14-461	Amendment	TEU: Corrects amount of maximum total appropriation to $3,084,181.73; provides for an immediate appropriation of $235,000 and provisional appropriations on a quarterly basis, as funds become available, up to $2,849,181.73 via requests by the Planning and Development Department to the Mayor’s Budget Review Committee for payment authorization. Finance: TEU substitute, excluding the MBRC authorization process.
14-481	Amendment	Attaches Exhibit 3 (award letter) and Exhibit 4 (Memorandum of Understanding); lists in the bill the partnering agencies and award amounts.
14-520	Amendment	Reverses the appropriation “from” and “to” accounts; corrects the amount to $330,002.683; adds one cycle emergency language.
14-521	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised project description); invokes exception in Procurement Code Sec. 126.107 to allow direct contract with Preferred Roofing; attaches Exhibit 2 (donation agreement); adds one cycle emergency language.
