14-6	Amendment	Attaches corrected BT; corrects amount in bill; corrects name of program; makes technical changes.
14-87	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) and Revised Exhibit 3 (project information sheet).
14-352	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD Written Description dated March 6, 2014; and adds the following conditions to the PUD: • Development shall proceed in accordance with the Traffic Engineering Division Memorandum dated January 31, 2007, attached hereto as Exhibit 3, or as otherwise approved by the Development Services Division and the Planning and Development Department; • The entry sign’s height shall not exceed 10 feet; and • Garages shall be setback a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the right-of-way. • Attach Exhibit 3.
14-375	Substitute	Rules: changes membership to 3 JEA employees and 3 City/related employees receiving the highest number of votes from their respective memberships plus the existing one retired member elected by the Retired Employees’ Association; attaches actuarial impact statement as required stating there is no impact to the Plan. Finance: changes membership to 2 JEA employees and 4 City/related employees receiving the highest number of votes from their respective memberships plus the existing one retired member elected by the Retired Employees’ Association; attaches actuarial impact statement as required stating there is no impact to the Plan.
14-380	Amendment	Rules: References Municipal Code Section 111.470 instead of Ordinance 2007-286-E; clarifies that appropriation is to Municipal Code Compliance, not Nuisance Abatement Lien Special Revenue Fund; attaches revised BT; removes emergency language. TEU: Rules amendment, plus changes appropriation amount from $1,060,040 to $600,000.
14-381	Amendment	Clarifies that the Waterways Commission has jurisdiction to review and comment upon actions relating to Class I and Class II riverine wetlands “as defined in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan”; changes language from Waterways Commission being established “for the following general purposes” to “shall have the following duties…”; strikes reference to Waterways Commission commenting on zoning changes.
14-382	Amendment	Corrects project name & number in ordinance, BT and CIP; directs City Accounting to delete PW0549-05; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) and Revised Exhibit 2 (project information sheet; removes and replaces “on file” document (Florida FWCC agreement #13241, including 2 maps of specific reef sites).
14-390	Amendment	Corrects schedule titles and fiscal year in bill; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (budget schedules).
14-425	Amendment	Attaches revised project summary (Revised Exhibit 1) to correct a spelling error and to add Allentown PA to the list of competing cities; places “on file” a revised agreement to include: 1) missing Exhibits A (project parcel), B (Description of Improvements) and D (Community Service Commitment); 2) Performance Schedule; 3) base year assessed value; 4) JSEB participation amounts; 5) correct Specific Defaults section; 6) correct base year for REV calculation to 2013; 7) clarify that Kraft’s indemnification is specific to this project; places “on file” the required OED listing of all active QTI And REV grant payout schedules for current and future years.
