Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD Written Description dated March 6, 2014; and adds the following conditions to the PUD:

• Development shall proceed in accordance with the Traffic Engineering Division Memorandum dated January 31, 2007, attached hereto as Exhibit 3, or as otherwise approved by the Development Services Division and the Planning and Development Department;

• The entry sign’s height shall not exceed 10 feet; and

• Garages shall be setback a minimum of twenty (20) feet from the right-of-way.

Rules: changes membership to 3 JEA employees and 3 City/related employees receiving the highest number of votes from their respective memberships plus the existing one retired member elected by the Retired Employees’ Association; attaches actuarial impact statement as required stating there is no impact to the Plan.

 

Finance: changes membership to 2 JEA employees and 4 City/related employees receiving the highest number of votes from their respective memberships plus the existing one retired member elected by the Retired Employees’ Association; attaches actuarial impact statement as required stating there is no impact to the Plan.

Rules: References Municipal Code Section 111.470 instead of Ordinance 2007-286-E; clarifies that appropriation is to Municipal Code Compliance, not Nuisance Abatement Lien Special Revenue Fund; attaches revised BT; removes emergency language.

 

TEU: Rules amendment, plus changes appropriation amount from $1,060,040 to $600,000.

Clarifies that the Waterways Commission has jurisdiction to review and comment upon actions relating to Class I and Class II riverine wetlands “as defined in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan”; changes language from Waterways Commission being established “for the following general purposes” to “shall have the following duties…”; strikes reference to Waterways Commission commenting on zoning changes.

Corrects project name & number in ordinance, BT and CIP; directs City Accounting to delete PW0549-05; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) and Revised Exhibit 2 (project information sheet; removes and replaces “on file” document (Florida FWCC agreement #13241, including 2 maps of specific reef sites).
