14-15	Amendment	Clarifies that the transfers are improvement to City roads resulting from the construction of State Road 23.
14-185	Substitute	Restores term limits for JHFA board members; restores mayoral appointment of board chair; strikes authorization for JHFA to operate its own procurement system independently of City Procurement; strikes language combining the two existing JHFA trust fund and relocates one of the funds from the current Chapter 111 to the new Chapter 52; provides for administrative transfers of operating funds with written notification to the Council Auditor’s Office.
14-192	Amendment	Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD written description dated May 6, 2014; and adds the following condition to the PUD: (a) All landscaping on the subject property shall be developed and maintained in accordance with the existing landscaping, and in no event less than the minimum requirements of Part 12 (Landscape and Tree Protection Regulations) of the Zoning Code.
14-199	Amendment	Per OGC, the amendment grants the sign waiver.
14-210	Amendment	Denies the appeal and affirms the decision of the 911 Committee.
14-238	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (executed BT).
14-258	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (program management agreement); authorizes approval of license agreement; attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (license agreement).
14-295	Amendment	Places settlement funds into a designated “Shipyards contingency reserve” account.
