Per OGC, the Amendment incorporates a revised PUD site plan dated March 12, 2014; and adds the following conditions to the PUD: (a) The subject property shall be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated February 10, 2014 or as otherwise approved by the Planning and Development Department. (b) The minimum lot width shall be fifty (50) feet and the minimum lot area shall be 5,000 square feet. (c) The minimum front yard setback shall be twenty (20) feet from the face of the garage to the right-of-way line and fifteen (15) feet from the building face to  the right-of-way line. (d) At the time of verification of substantial compliance the developer shall submit architectural elevations of all proposed structures for review and approval by the Planning and Development Department. (e) A minimum six (6) foot high vinyl fence shall be constructed and maintained along the east property line and along the southwest property line where identified on the revised site plan dated March 12, 2014.
