15-686	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning on Baymeadows Road recommended for approval with condition: 1) Applicant shall contract with a licensed waste hauler to empty its dumpsters a minimum of two times per week, which must be increased to three times per week if City receives complaints regarding offensive smells of dog waste. Attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description dated October 1, 2015); attaches Exhibit 5 (Development Services Memorandum dated October 20, 2015).
15-689	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning on Pinewood Avenue recommended for approval with Revised Exhibit 1 (revised site map) and Revised Exhibit 2 (revised legal description).
15-699	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning on Philips Highway recommended for approval with conditions: 1) Active recreation/amenities such as playgrounds, amenity/recreation center, pool, cabana/clubhouse, health/exercise facility and similar uses shall be provided at a ratio of a minimum of one acre of recreation land per 100 residential units; 2) For up to a maximum of 40 lots, the maximum lot coverage shall be equal to or less than 60% coverage; for all remaining lots the maximum lot coverage shall be equal to or less than 50% coverage. Attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description); attaches Revised Exhibit 4 (revised site plan); attaches Exhibit 5 (Development Services Memorandum dated October 26, 2015).
15-701	Amendment	Per OGC, sign waiver on San Juan Avenue recommended for approval with conditions: 1) Sign face size must be reduced to 14 feet in length and proportionally in height (approximately 5 feet, 5 inches); 2) Changing message board must be eliminated; 3) Height shall be limited to the height of the existing sign, unless this causes the sign to be obstructed by the building; 4) Unless otherwise precluded by underground utility location, as determined by an inspection performed by the City, the sign pole shall be moved inward from the location proposed as far as possible; however this inward movement shall not cause the reduced sign face of 14 feet by 5 feet, 5 inches to be obscured by the building.
15-723	Amendment	Places revised agreement with CDI Corp. “on file” to 1) correct where payments are to be sent; 2) delete duplicative Sec. 12.2; 3) include a Revised Exhibit A-1 and re-label it as Exhibit 4; 4) remove Exhibit A-2 which is not referenced in the agreement.
15-732	Amendment	Attaches Exhibit 1 (BT form) for Fire Explorer Post; adds language relative to purpose of transfer.
15-734	Amendment	Corrects fiscal year of Banking Fund debt service transfer to 2014/15; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (Revised BT) to correct account numbers.

15-738	Substitute	Follows standard template for creation of boards; creates new Ordinance Code Chapter 53 – Renew Arlington CRA Board; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (CRA redevelopment plan) in black-and-white format for non-color reproduction; adds “insurance” to the requirement that one member of the Renew Arlington CRA Advisory Board “shall be a representative in the banking, or finance, or insurance profession.”; reduces the radius distance for the residence of the two discrete citizens representing the general public from within 2 miles to 1 mile of the CRA boundary, and add “east and south of the river.”; adds language prohibiting a lobbyist registered with the City from holding the Category 6 – public policy/economic development profession seat on the CRA Advisory Board.
15-739	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised map) for renaming of Freedom Commerce Parkway to Prominence Parkway; strikes “vacant” and “Parkway” from page 1, lines 20 & 21, respectively.
15-741	Amendment	Attaches Revised BT for Fire Station #20 fencing/storage project to correct project name and number; attaches Revised CIP information sheet to correct project name and number; corrects project name in title and bill to Fire Station #20 Parking and Storage.
15-760	Amendment	Corrects nominee’s name to Mary “Marcie” Turner.
15-763	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to remove Art in Public Places funding from Montgomery Correctional Clinic; removes waiver for use of Inmate Welfare Trust Fund (no longer needed); clarifies which projects are being funded.
15-777	Amendment	Corrects a typographical error in a reference to a prior Downtown DRI ordinance; changes a reference from Downtown Development Authority to Downtown Investment Authority.
15-779	Amendment	Places revised agreement economic development agreement with Fidelity Global Brokerage Group, Inc. “on file” to change Base Year to 2015 and to change Base Year Assessed Value to $3,119,598.
15-780	Amendment	Includes reference to QTI “high impact sector bonus” in Project Revere economic incentives bill title; adds language clarifying the proportion of the City’s $5,000 per job QTI match attributable to the basic QTI and to the High Impact Sector Bonus; attaches Exhibit 2 (DIA resolution of support); places Revised Agreement “on file” to include approval of the DIA’s CEO for the REV grant payouts and to revise the Audit Rights language in Sec. 12.21 to the City’s standard language.
15-781	Substitute	Replaces development agreements for construction of covered practice field and amphitheater with additional amendments to the Jaguar lease incorporated into Amendment 14; adds provisions to Amendment 14 covering construction of South End Zone improvements; adds an invocation of the exception to Chapter 126.107(G) to allow the City to directly contract with vendors for the purchase of temporary seating for the stadium; adds specificity about waivers of Fire and Rescue Department, Planning and Development Department and Department of Public Works permitting and inspection fees; deletes provisions regarding authorization to erect marquee signs (to be handled via separate legislation); changes City oversight responsibility from Office of Sports and Entertainment to the Department of Public Works and Chief Administrative Officer. The substitute attaches revised lease agreements for the Multi-Use Covered Flex Field and the Amphitheater.
15-786	Amendment	Corrects the name of the appellant of a Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission ruling from Kim Pryor, Vice President of Preservation SOS Inc. to Anmar Development, LLC.
