15-448	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning on Ernest St. from RMD-B to PUD recommended for approval with exhibits to include: revised written description, revised site plan, original pergola layout on E-1, and Development Services Memo. Conditions include: · each 2 BR or greater unit must provide 2 on-site garage or surface parking spaces · each 1 BR unit must provide 1 on-site garage or surface parking space; and · HOA covenants shall prohibit parking or blocking any access driveway.
15-629	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning on 12276 San Jose from PUD and CRO to PUD recommended for approval with exhibits to include revised site plan to remove access from Mandarin Meadows Dr., and Development Services Memo. Conditions include: · Sag lenses, drop lenses and convex lenses prohibited · Dumpsters located at least 50’ from residential property · Prior to construction, provide an 8’, 85% opaque wood, wood composite, or vinyl fence and visual screen in buffer · All live aaks installed in buffer shall be a minimum 4” caliper · Minimum 24’ setback from residential property
15-662	Amendment	Corrects project name to "Lonnie Wurn Boat Ramp Pier Replacement"; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to correct project name; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised CIP project sheet) to correct project name, fiscal years and status.
15-663	Amendment	Corrects Jacksonville Zoo living shoreline appropriation to reference amendment of section 7, not section 6, of bill 2012-438-E.
15-669	Amendment	Abel Harding’s Planning Commission term is for a partial term not first full term.
15-671	Amendment	Donald Adkinson’s Planning Commission term is for a partial term not first full term.
15-674	Amendment	Ywana Allen’s Ethics Commission appointment is for a first full term, not a partial term; adds Whereas clauses to further explain the circumstances of the appointment.
15-682	Amendment	Finance: Allows Blue Cypress Golf Course operator to provide City employees with discount cards for reduced greens fees for a 1 year trial period, with the value of redeemed discounts being applied to the company’s percentage of gross revenues rent payment; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised third amendment to golf course operation agreement). RCDPHS: Finance amendment, except attaches Second Revised Exhibit 1 (second revised third amendment to golf course operation agreement) to change the phrase “free Blue Cypress Players Card” to “complimentary Blue Cypress Players Card”.
