Per OGC, substitute for rezoning on Mt. Pleasant Rd. changes from originally filed RR-acre to RLD-60 to RR-acre to PUD;  conditions include:

·        Minimum 90’ lots along south property line, natural undisturbed tree buffers, no vinyl siding or T 111 siding, fence along south property line, good faith effort for right in/right out onto Mt. Pleasant, isolated western parcel of land to be donated or maintained by development HOA for use as bus stop waiting area, limitation on signage, tree survey showing trees to remain

·        Written description and site plan show 43 lots.

·        Only minor garage repairs allowed by Zoning Exception

·        Height of any stored items limited to 35’

Places revised Deutsche Bank economic development agreement on file to accomplish the following: include a Whereas clause regarding 3 prior economic development agreements and delete a definition of “prior agreements”; reduce the number of new jobs from 475 to 350 and update job creation schedule; reduce City QTI match to $420,000 to state’s $1,680,000 for a total QTI of $2.1 million; update the number of jobs to be retained;

Attach revised Project Summary to incorporate changes to the number of jobs to be created and QTI amounts; change the number of jobs and QTI amounts in the bill text.

Finance: Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) for Southbank Riverwalk pedestrian connections to replace funding with investment earnings within two Southbank Riverwalk projects; de-authorizes $112,242.62 of Banking Fund borrowing from Southbank Riverwalk project.

 

Floor: Finance amendment, plus strikes carryover language; corrects CIP years; corrects reference to prior ordinance number; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (Revised CIP – October 13, 2015 – Floor).

Per OGC, rezoning on Town Center Pkwy from PUD, IBP and RMD-D to PUD approved with attachment of Development Services memorandum dated September 3, 2015; adds conditions:

·        Property developed with mentioned parking standards

·        Comply with Chapter 656, Part 12 – Landscape and Tree Protection Regulations

·        Upon issuance of 1st Building Permit, 6’ chain link fence shall be installed prohibiting foot traffic from subject development to neighboring development.
