15-313	Amendment	Finance: Modifies easement areas at Metropolitan Park; clarifies that work will be done prior to start of 2016 NFL season; clarifies easements will not interfere with 3rd party leases. TEU: Finance amendment, plus clarifies that the easement location is compatible with the Metro Park conceptual improvement plan; provides environmental responsibility clause and clarifies that JEA will be responsible for any damage JEA creates.
15-424	Amendment	Amending Development Agreement with 4851 Collins Rd., LLC; attaches Second Revised Exhibit 1 – 1st Amendment to Development Agreement to modify term extension to 3 years, ending September 8, 2018. (The first Revised Exhibit 1 modified term extension from the requested 5 years down to 1 year.)
15-504	Substitute	Incorporates all Finance Committee amendments to the FY15-16 budget made to date.
15-505	Amendment	Amends FY16-20 CIP to delete a provision regarding transfer of residual funding from completed projects to a fund balance account or the accounts of origin; replaces Exhibit 1 with Revised Exhibit 1 (revised CIP).
15-506	Amendment	Amends FY15-16 Banking Fund to increase the net new borrowing authorization by $10 million; revises ordinance references; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (proposed Banking Fund additions), Revised Exhibit 2 (2015/16 Banking Fund authorized but not yet funded projects), Exhibit 3 (list of completed projects to be removed) and Exhibit 4 (revised schedule of removal of excess budgetary authority).
15-507	Amendment	Amends 5-year ITECH ordinance to add a reference to the Budget Code; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised 2016-20 ITECH projects list).
15-522	Amendment	Removes provision requiring private community gates to be opened during declared emergencies.
15-551	Substitute	Rewrites CDBG annual appropriation ordinance in the same format and with same content as previous year’s CDBG bill; attaches grant award letter; attaches CDBG Advisory Board meeting minutes; includes additional supporting documentation for the BT.
15-611	Amendment	Inserts "Jason Gabriel" as the General Counsel appointee; attaches Exhibit 1 (Mr. Gabriel’s resume’); include whereas clauses regarding review committee recommendation and background of Mr. Gabriel.
