15-416	Amendment	Per OGC, approves a sign waiver on Kernan Boulevard subject to a condition that the waiver is valid as long as property is personal to church use only.
15-437	Amendment	Per OGC, corrects acreage and Council District for small scale land use amendment on North Main Street; revises Exhibit 2 – Current Land Use Map to reflect correct Council District.
15-438	Amendment	Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (graphic map) to rezoning on North Main Street; adds Development Services Memorandum as an exhibit, corrects Council District.
15-449	Amendment	Per OGC, revises Exhibit 1 – Notice of Proposed Change Exhibit “A” to Mayo Clinic DRI amendment to reflect the 3 options available to developer to satisfy “Transportation Specific Condition 2”; revises effective date language to reflect quasi-judicial nature of ordinance.
