15-172	Amendment	Floor: adds a provision that the City shall accept maintenance responsibility for the I-10/Hammond Blvd. (Marietta) interchange “upon completion of the road to the current City standards and conveyance of all permits.”
15-322	Amendment	Requires an annual report to the Council of the use of the SHIP affordable housing funds; requires that the department propose and the City Council adopt the list of targeted areas; replaces the Revised On File document with Second Revised On File document (second revised Local Housing Assistance Plan) to add a reference to Jacksonville Area Legal Aid in the section on available foreclosure prevention programs. Floor: adopts and attaches Exhibit 2 – SHIP 3-year funding priorities.
15-403	Substitute	Per OGC, changes from a request for CCG-1 to a PUD in Argyle that will allow only a portion of uses that were allowed in CCG-1, allowed uses include a gas station and convenience store, with buffers as described in the landscape plan, and conditioned on lighting restrictions.
15-405	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised fee schedule) to increase some Medical Examiners fees.
15-408	Amendment	Clarifies that funds will be used by Medical Examiner for outsourcing of toxicology analyses; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to place funds in a professional services account.
15-409	Amendment	Adds the City to JEA as entities providing recordable terminations of reserved easements for the Alemira Avenue ROW closure.
15-413	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised CIP sheet) for CNG truck acquisition to correct total project cost.
15-415	Amendment	Per OGC, approves a sign waiver on Ft. Caroline Road with correction of the council district where the sign is located and subject to conditions: · Sign shall not exceed 50 square feet · Setback shall be no closer than existing sign
15-417	Amendment	Per OGC, approves a waiver of road frontage requirement on Claire Lane subject to conditions: · If parcel is divided into 2 lots, the rear lot shall have its road frontage requirement reduced from 80 feet to 0 feet and front lot frontage shall go from 80 feet to 35 feet. · Parcel may be divided only one time (to create 2 parcels). · Per 911 requirements, address numbers shall be a minimum 4 inches in height and plainly visible with contrasting color from the background surface on which they are mounted. · In locations where multiple single family residences or businesses share a common single private unnamed roadway, the owner shall display address numbers at the vehicular access point to the unnamed roadway and on each individual structure.
15-418	Amendment	Per OGC, corrects council district location reference; approves waiver of minimum road frontage on Yellow Bluff Road with conditions: · Per 911 requirements, address numbers shall be a minimum 4 inches in height and plainly visible with contrasting color from the background surface on which they are mounted. · In locations where multiple single family residences or businesses share a common single private unnamed roadway, the owner shall display address numbers at the vehicular access point to the unnamed roadway and on each individual structure.
15-419	Amendment	Per OGC, approves administrative deviation on Claire Lane subject to one condition: · If the parcel is divided into 2 lots, one of the lots must be at least 43,560 square feet.
15-420	Amendment	Per OGC, corrects the existing zoning district of a property on Panther Creek Parkway from PUD to RR-Acre; requires conformity to development services memorandum dated June 30, 2015 and attached as Exhibit 4, or as otherwise approved by Planning Department.
15-424	Amendment	Per OGC, reduces Development Agreement extension from a requested 5 years to 1 year to allow owner to sell property.
15-476	Amendment	Finance: corrects scrivener’s error; attaches revised Exhibit 2 (finding of necessity) to Arlington area slum and blight finding to include Appendix B, accepts Finding of Necessity report specifically finding which includes the entire JU main campus (RDA boundary), but specifically excluding most of the JU campus for purposes of directing what land to include in the CRA boundary for the CRA plan, which will be taken up in a future ordinance when the plan is completed, attaches a new Exhibit 3 to describe what land will be excluded from CRA boundary. RCD: Finance amendment, plus adds a revision to Exhibit 1 to make clear that the RDA boundary relates to the Finding of Necessity report, but the CRA boundary is what consultant will use to prepare the CRA plan.
15-480	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) for return of self-insurance excess contributions to independent authorities; corrects fiscal year to 2014-15.
15-481	Amendment	Appropriates an additional $14,957 in FDEP grant funds to Builders Care program; modifies scope to include fire suppression & water lines on Kelly St.; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised agreement).
15-514	Amendment	Changes number of additional families to be served by the Healthy Families Jax program from 80 to 72; clarifies amount on Schedule M vs amount actually received.
15-517	Amendment	Replaces “on file” agreement with “revised on file” agreement for The Bridge of Northeast Florida’s rental of office space in the Jacksonville Children’s Commission building to correct the number of cubicles to 31.
15-547	Amendment	Corrects scrivener’s error in Officer Thomas Edwards’ name; makes scrivener’s corrections in Officer Edwards’ service history.
15-556	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 to the Friends of Hemming Park operating agreement to correct a prior ordinance reference and to clarify reference to “net revenue”.
