Amendment

Floor: adds a provision that the City shall accept maintenance responsibility for the I-10/Hammond Blvd. (Marietta) interchange “upon completion of the road to the current City standards and conveyance of all permits.”

Amendment

Requires an annual report to the Council of the use of the SHIP affordable housing funds; requires that the department propose and the City Council adopt the list of targeted areas; replaces the Revised On File document with Second Revised On File document (second revised Local Housing Assistance Plan) to add a reference to Jacksonville Area Legal Aid in the section on available foreclosure prevention programs.

Per OGC, changes from a request for CCG-1 to a PUD in Argyle that will allow only a portion of uses that were allowed in CCG-1, allowed uses include a gas station and convenience store, with buffers as described in the landscape plan, and conditioned on lighting restrictions.

·        Sign shall not exceed 50 square feet

Per OGC, approves a waiver of road frontage requirement on Claire Lane subject to conditions:

·        If parcel is divided into 2 lots, the rear lot shall have its road frontage requirement reduced from 80 feet to 0 feet and front lot frontage shall go from 80 feet to 35 feet.

·        Parcel may be divided only one time (to create 2 parcels).

 

 

·        Per 911 requirements, address numbers shall be a minimum 4 inches in height and plainly visible with contrasting color from the background surface on which they are mounted.

·        In locations where multiple single family residences or businesses share a common single private unnamed roadway, the owner shall display address numbers at the vehicular access point to the unnamed roadway and on each individual structure.

Per OGC, corrects council district location reference; approves waiver of minimum road frontage on Yellow Bluff Road with conditions:

Finance: corrects scrivener’s error; attaches revised Exhibit 2 (finding of necessity) to Arlington area slum and blight finding to include Appendix B, accepts Finding of Necessity report specifically finding which includes the entire JU main campus (RDA boundary), but specifically excluding most of the JU campus for purposes of directing what land to include in the CRA boundary for the CRA plan, which will be taken up in a future ordinance when the plan is completed, attaches a new Exhibit 3 to describe what land will be excluded from CRA boundary.

 

RCD: Finance amendment, plus adds a revision to Exhibit 1 to make clear that the RDA boundary relates to the Finding of Necessity report, but the CRA boundary is what consultant will use to prepare the CRA plan.
