15-209	Amendment	Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised legal description) and Revised Exhibit 2 (revised map) to include only one lot instead of 2 for rezoning on Lenox Avenue.
15-210	Amendment	Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised legal description), Revised Exhibit 2 (revised site plan) to include only one lot, and adds Revised Exhibit 3- conditions concerning where mobile tire service can take place on the lot on Lenox Avenue, uses allowed on the lot, and if tire repair use ceases for 6 months it will not be allowed to recommence.
15-239	Amendment	Per OGC, PUD rezoning on Art Museum Drive to permit office, church, residential, recreational, day care and related uses subject to revised site plans and written description, to Development Services Memorandum, and to the following conditions: o Restrictions on site lighting, o Limitations on number of food trucks allowed, o Allowance for shared parking, but condition that if agreement for shared parking is terminated, sufficient replacement parking shall be provided, and o Signage restrictions, specific to each building.
15-244	Amendment	Per OGC, waiver of road frontage on Newton Road conditioned on recording easement, on or before the sale of the property, in favor of 8008 Newton Road (the adjacent property) for ingress and egress.
15-306	Amendment	Per OGC, minor language revision in Comp Plan text amendment in Future Land Use Element, referencing Consolidated Downtown DRI Development Order for Phase 1 and referencing the Mobility Plan and Fee System for Phases II and III of the DRI.
15-315	Amendment	Per OGC, PUD rezoning on Beaver Street subject to revised written description and Development Services Memorandum, and to the following conditions: o Prohibition of truck access along Morgan St. o 6’ fence required along Morgan St., material acceptable to Planning Dept. o One tree per 25 linear feet o Compliance with landscape buffer required in Part 12, Zoning Code.
15-319	Amendment	PUD rezoning on Phillips Highway subject to revised written description and Development Services Memorandum, and conditioned on providing active recreation amenities at a ratio of 1 acre per 100 residential units.
15-326	Amendment	Per OGC, PUD rezoning on Forest Blvd. written description revised to include as Permitted Uses only a “swim club and associated retail uses.”
15-327	Amendment	Per OGC, Zoning Code text amendment regarding prohibition of donation collection bins changes reference from “County” to “City of Jacksonville”.
15-329	Amendment	Changes roadway name to "ETown" (no dash, no space) Parkway; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised map) to reflect name change.
15-337	Amendment	Per OGC, inserts backyard hens neighborhood exemption list and creates opt-in and opt-out mechanisms for neighborhoods that do or do not want to allow hens to be permitted within their boundaries.

15-359	Amendment	Per OGC, PUD rezoning on 103rd Street revises name of PUD to Addison Landing from Kimber Cove Apartments, and revises written description to require a minimum of 1.8 parking spaces per unit.
15-362	Amendment	Amends appropriation amount for Teen Court expansion to $62,300; changes funding source to Jax Journey Out of School Suspension program; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (Second Revised BT) to reflect changes.
15-363	Amendment	Places agreements with Law Enforcement Trust Fund grant recipients on file.
15-364	Amendment	Attaches award letter for grant to Respite for Elders grant to the bill; corrects in title of the bill that grant is from the Department of Elder Affairs; corrects number of additional respite care hours being provided to 1,556.75.
15-377	Amendment	Provides for an effective date of October 1, 2015 for the revised prohibited outdoor storage regulation and directs that the Code Compliance Division shall provide a public information campaign prior to implementation.
15-379	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (Revised Amendment #13) to Jaguars lease for EverBank Field to adds explicit statement and requirement for SMG to sign off that no additional costs will be incurred by the City in relation to this amendment #13.
15-380	Amendment	Replaces UF Health Jacksonville health care facility bond documents on file with Revised On File documents.
15-384	Amendment	Updates crime statistics for Eureka Gardens to latest 2015 figures.
15-393	Amendment	Replaces Brooks Rehabilitation health care facility bond documents on file with Revised On File documents.
15-404	Amendment	Attaches copy of Inspector General Selection Committee meeting minutes as Revised Exhibit 1; attaches Exhibit 2 (revised curriculum vitae with correct labeling).
15-423	Amendment	Adds appropriation to Riverview Area Drainage ($22,868.40 from VC Johnson Rd Drainage, $300,000 from Myrtle Ave., $35,127 from Lake Forest Elementary); adds appropriation to Simons-Johnson Park Parking Lot ($27,472.58 from Simons-Johnson Park, $2,348 from Emmet Reed Tennis Court, $2,854.57 Pocket Parks - Ribault Circle, $747.02 from Fire Station 24, $302.34 from Carville Park Pool; $110.67 from Carville Park Community Center); attaches revised CIP form.
15-452	Substitute	Repeals Secs. 10.9 and 10.10 of Ordinance 2014-466-E (FY14-15 budget ordinance); amends Ordinance Code Sec. 106.304 – Mayor’s Transfer Power – to delete the restriction on the Mayor’s power to transfer funds to or from the Mayor’s Office budget without Council approval.
