Amendment

Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised legal description) and Revised Exhibit 2 (revised map) to include only one lot instead of 2 for rezoning on Lenox Avenue.

Amendment

Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised legal description), Revised Exhibit 2 (revised site plan) to include only one lot, and adds Revised Exhibit 3- conditions concerning where mobile tire service can take place on the lot on Lenox Avenue, uses allowed on the lot, and if tire repair use ceases for 6 months it will not be allowed to recommence.

Per OGC, PUD rezoning on Art Museum Drive to permit office, church, residential, recreational, day care and related uses subject to revised site plans and written description, to Development Services Memorandum, and to the following conditions:

o          Restrictions on site lighting,

o          Limitations on number of food trucks allowed,

o          Allowance for shared parking, but condition that if agreement for shared parking is terminated, sufficient replacement parking shall be provided, and

o          Signage restrictions, specific to each building.

Repeals Secs. 10.9 and 10.10 of Ordinance 2014-466-E (FY14-15 budget ordinance); amends Ordinance Code Sec. 106.304 – Mayor’s Transfer Power – to delete the restriction on the Mayor’s power to transfer funds to or from the Mayor’s Office budget without Council approval.
