Outdoor
gatherings or events prohibited between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. on all parcels east
of US 17 ·
Maximum number
of students living on the main campus may not exceed 250 ·
The Academy
shall provide copies of all current and new leases with the FDOT to the
Planning and Development Department ·
The Academy
cannot and may not prevent public
access from the closed portion of Trout River Drive under the US 17 Trout
River Bridge ·
If shuttle
service is utilized to transport students and personnel from off-site
parking, the drop-off and loading zone shall be on Trout River Drive west of
the Trout River Bridge ·
The proposed
off-site parking Lot A shall be a minimum of 33 spaces meeting Zoning Code
requirements and constructed within 6 months enactment of the ordinance. ·
The Academy
will not object to the placement of “No Parking” signs or weight limit signs
(10,000 pounds) on roads on the east side of US 17 near the campus ·
No additional
square footage shall be permitted without a further rezoning. |
