15-55	Amendment	Rules: corrects stadium name from Alltel Stadium to EverBank Field; changes incorrect Code section reference. LUZ: per OGC, the amendment removes the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena from the Sports and Entertainment Complex Sign Overlay Zone designation in Section 656.1337 for on-site signs so that exterior signage that would be otherwise considered off-site signs pursuant to Section 656.1302(1) would be prohibited at the Arena; corrects stadium name from Alltel to EverBank Field in the code chapter.
15-74	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 to correct Exhibit A of the agreement with Habitat for Humanity; attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised Habitat properties list).
15-96	Amendment	Removes emergency language from appropriation for Circuit Court capital items acquisition; changes funding source to: $10,000 from Council Contingency, $10,000 from Mayors Contingency, $23,011 from fuel savings within the Fleet Management budget for the Fire and Rescue Department.
15-105	Amendment	Removes unnecessary appropriation language from JEA water quality credit purchase; attaches revised JEA agreement requiring JEA to deposit the revenue into its environmental fund; changes agreement termination date to 12/31/16 and provides for renegotiation for further extension.
15-166	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised B.T.) to correct grant detail number for FEMA flood property acquisition.
15-192	Amendment	Changes Mario Payne’s Library Board term expiration from July 30, 2016 to July 15, 2016.
15-193	Amendment	Amends BJP completed project close-out to increases appropriation by $677,440.20 to account for two project line items- Main Library & Maxville Branch Library; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised projects list) and Revised Exhibit 2 (revised CIP summary).
15-195	Amendment	Amends Council district completed project close-out to remove “District Council” throughout the bill; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (Completed Projects) to remove still active Raines High School Project; attaches new Exhibit 2 (listing of projects to be closed with revenue issues to be addressed at a later date).
15-200	Amendment	Changes oversight department for PFPF forensic audit from the Council Auditor’s Office to the Finance Department; inserts account number.
15-217	Amendment	Council amendment - adds all Council members’ names as co-sponsors of Preston Haskell commendation resolution.
