Per OGC, designation of local landmark status for 801-805 Forsyth St. conditioned on: applicant filing for COA for Mothballing within 60 days; all mothballing requirements to have been met within 1 year; and substantial steps toward actual renovation of the structure to have been made within 3 years.  If these conditions are not met, landmark status will be revoked.

Stevens boat ramp, Lions Club Park boat ramp and Reed Island floating dock.

Per OGC, rezoning on Lady Lake and Duval Station Rd. conditioned on the revised site plan dated February 18, 2015; property to be developed in accordance with the Development Services Division Memorandum dated January 21, 2015 except that access shall be allowed through a right in/right out on Duval Station Rd. as shown on the site plan; a monument signs are allowed on Lady Lake and Duval Station Rods; a landscape buffer as depicted; lighting restrictions; prohibited uses are liquor store, tattoo parlor and adult novelty book store; and plastic traffic control bollards are to be placed in Duval Station Rd. to prevent left turn out of property onto Duval Station Rd.

Rules: Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 to include the sunset date of 4/30/15; reduces the term to 3 years; strikes references to Senior Staff Voluntary Retirement Plan in bill and agreement; replaces “all” with “those certain” in bill and agreement; changes sunset date for adoption of funding source to 4/20/16.

 

Rules 2nd: Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised agreement); replaces DROP plan “actual net rate of return” with “actual market rate of return” and defines that term and its calculation for participants with less than 20 years of service; sets an ultimate sunset date of April 30, 2016 for the City Council to enact a permanent funding source to implement the jointly approved agreement

 

Finance 1st: establishes sunset date for PFPF board adoption of April 30, 2015.

 

Finance 2nd: amends “Whereas” clauses to strike reference to resolution of “all” issues and substitute “those certain” issues.

 

Finance 3rd:  sets an ultimate sunset date of April 30, 2016 for the City Council to enact a permanent funding source to implement the jointly approved agreement.

 

Finance 4th:  replaces DROP plan “actual net rate of return” with “actual market rate of return” and defines that term and its calculation for participants with less than 20 years of service.

 

Finance 5th  – should the City’s actual annual required contribution (excluding any additional UAAL payments) exceed the payments projected in the Milliman actuarial report relied upon by the Council by 10% or higher in the aggregate over the term of the agreement, or should the projected UAAL exceed by $120 million or more the Table 1B and 2B amounts,  provides a mechanism for the City Council to regain the power to unilaterally impose changes to pension benefits before the expiration of the 10-year moratorium on such unilateral changes; the calculation mechanism shall include two charts, one showing the ARC based on an additional contribution of $40 million annually above the actuarially required ARC and the other based on the additional contribution of the net present value of $400 million over ten years (approximately $300 million) up-front.
