15-22	Amendment	Per OGC, rezoning to PUD approved with 6 conditions as recommended by the Planning Commission and a seventh condition suggested by LUZ: legal description; written description; site plan; landscaping to be consistent with site plan, and any future development other than open storage must be in compliance with Part 12 of the Zoning Code; signage to meet the requirements of the CCG-2 Zoning District, and no signage allowed along Katherine Road; restrictions on illumination levels; and any use other than outside storage will require a rezoning.

15-58	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised B.T.) for handicapped parking fines and forfeits appropriation to include detailed explanation of expenditures; removes calendar year references in Section 4 of the bill.
15-59	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised BT) to Criminal Alien Assistance Program grant appropriation.
15-71	Amendment	Corrects previous ordinance reference re: Town of Baldwin Community Center/Post-disaster Shelter project.
15-72	Amendment	Attaches revised settlement agreement to clarify responsibility for disposal invoices; attaches schedule clarifying the calculation of the settlement amount; attaches schedule calculating the amount needed to make the Enterprise Fund whole; appropriates $607,138.78 from General Fund, fund balance to reimburse the solid waste Enterprise Fund for unpaid Atlantic Bach tipping fees; appropriates the $322,709 from Atlantic Beach within the Enterprise Fund; amends bill pg. 2, line 2 to clarify whereas clause; attaches BT.
15-75	Amendment	Attaches Revised Exhibit 2 to the Seaton Creek Reserve exchange agreement; clarifies within the bill who owns the parcels depicted on Exhibit 1 and Revised Exhibit 2.
15-83	Amendment	Redirects the request for an audit/investigation of the PFPF from the Governor to the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee (JLAC); strikes language referring specifically to an audit/investigation of the Senior Voluntary Retirement Plan; adds a reference to a February 16 letter from State Rep. Janet Adkins to the JLAC.
15-93	Amendment	Adds all council members as co-sponsors to resolution honoring and commending former CAO Karen Bowling.
