(Administrative deviation for lot size on Heckscher Drive): Per OGC, corrects a scrivener’s error in the title to reduce the proposed minimum lot area from 1.8 to 1.18 acres.

(Rezoning on Schindler Driver from RR-Acre to PUD): Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description to add lighting regulations) and Revised Exhibit 4 (revised site plan).

(Rezoning on 103rd Street from PUD to PUD): Per OGC, approves rezoning subject to conditions: 1) site plan approval through minor modification will be required to permit automobile service stations, garages, rental and other auto facilities, or retail sale and service of alcoholic beverages for on- or off-premises consumption; 2) prior to final building inspection the lead horizontal and vertical design professionals for the project shall submit letters to the Planning Department certifying that all horizontal and vertical components of the development have been substantially completed and satisfy all conditions to the development order.

(Rezoning on Stagecoach Road from PUD to PUD): Per OGC, attaches a Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description) and Revised Exhibit 4 (revised site plan).

(Rezoning on Edgewood Avenue from CCG-1 to PUD): Per OGC, removes listing of distance waivers from 7 specific churches and waives Zoning Code Sec. 656.805; attaches Revised Exhibit 3 (revised written description).

(Transmittal of Comp Plan Future Land Use Element changes for state review – principles regarding permanent and seasonal residents and businesses): Per OGC, attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised text amendment) to state that the City should evaluate and “consider modifying” (rather than “modify”) the six Planning District boundaries; changes reference from “State’s expedited state review process” to “State’s coordinated review process”.

(Appropriating $322,280 Enhancement Grant for Clay County Adult Drug Court with River Region Human Services): clarifies that the appropriation is for the first year of a 3-year agreement.

(Correcting spelling of "Philips Highway" in Districts 5 & 11, extending from John Street on the North, to the Duval County Line on the South): corrects reference to consolidation occurring in 1968; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (Historic Preservation Commission letter); attaches Revised Exhibit 2 (revised map).

Amendment

(Amending membership on the Jacksonville Housing and Community Development Commission): strikes the sentence saying the only statutory qualification for the last Commission member is residency in Duval County.

Amendment

(Economic development agreement with Project Mountain):  corrects capitalization in bill title; changes “liability to the City” to “liability of”; corrects an ordinance section reference; attaches Revised Exhibit 1 (revised project summary) to correct average salary amount.
